PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Estes Park School District seeks Secondary School Teacher (Mathematics) to work in Estes Park, CO. Under supervision of Principal, independently teach students at the secondary school level (7-12) in mathematics practice and theory using various teaching methods and instructional media including audio-visual, lecture-based, demonstrative, and project-based learning. Provide instruction for mathematics classes, plan lessons and materials, facilitate learning in the classroom, evaluate student performance, maintain records, and document student progress. Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community agencies to develop mathematics curriculum programs and address academic deficiencies. Requires bachelor’s in Education with specialization in Mathematics or Science or foreign equivalent, and two years in job offered or related secondary school teaching position in mathematics. Requires Colorado Teaching Certificate with Endorsement to teach in Mathematics, or eligibility for Colorado Teaching Certificate with Endorsement. Employer will accept foreign degree deemed equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree by a professional evaluator. Multiple positions available. Health insurance and other benefits.
