Registration Checklist

Complete the K-12 online pre-registration form or the Preschool online pre-registration form
- Be prepared to provide copies of the following items:
  - Student’s birth certificate or other verification of identity (other valid forms of ID: Government-issued ID or passport, other official documents)
  - Student’s immunization record
  - Copy of transcripts (unofficial is acceptable for scheduling purposes)
  - Parent identification (driver’s license, state ID, etc.)
