The District Advisory & Accountability Committee (DAAC) is a group of teachers, parents, and community members. State law and district policy join to provide a community platform to engage stakeholder input and monitor district goals and financial commitments.

The Estes Park Education Foundation (EPEF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation that will work to inspire community investment through exemplary student learning experiences today to develop our citizens tomorrow.  With the support of our community and a high quality education, all Estes Park school District R-3 students will graduate as thriving, successful, responsible citizens. (Mission and Vision Statements). 

The Estes Park Education Foundation provides supplemental funds for innovative educational ideas, which otherwise may not be supported due to lack of state funding (Estes Park School District is currently ranked 108 out of 178 in Colorado for per-pupil funding) and/or other constraints for the district, including more flexibility in acquiring and dispensing funds. Funds raised by and for the Foundation enhance the school district revenues provided by taxpayers, state aid, and other public funding sources. Additionally, the EPEF generates community involvement and highlights the many accomplishments of the Estes Park School District and its students.

The High School Accountability Committee represents the school community’s point of view at large. Each accountability committee concerns itself with the improvement of education, safety, and learning environment for students in its school. The HSAC works in cooperation with the principal.

HSAC meets monthly.

Substitutes are always needed!

Become a Substitute

Consider joining our Bobcat Volunteer Team. 

Volunteering can take many forms, reading with students, helping with homework, supervising lunch or recess, or doing something behind the scenes. We could use your help. Whether you help on a regular basis, as needed, or one time, you are appreciated!

Step One: Complete the Volunteer Application

In some circumstances, fingerprinting will be required as part of the application process. The district will cover the cost, and it can be completed at the YMCA. The Volunteer Coordinator will reach out with more details about fingerprinting, if needed.

Step Two: Watch your email for correspondence from one of our Volunteer Coordinators: Toni Brese, Elementary School, Rachelle Ruiz, Secondary Schools, or our District Coordinator.

• Bring your driver's license to sign in with our Securly system
• Wear your Volunteer lanyard at all times when volunteering
